Leadership Team

Mr. Atul Mehta, B. COM, B.G.L. and F.C.S, is practicing Company Secretary and promoter of Mehta & Mehta Advisory Services Private Limited & Mangalam Placement Private Limited. He is in the Company Secretarial field from past 17 years. Initially, he has served the industry for 6 years as Company Secretary and had also headed the legal department. Thereafter, he laid his pioneering step in the arena of consultancy and practice and from past 11 years he is a whole time practicing company secretary. He is actively associated with Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also a regular faculty member for several training programs at WIRC of ICSI. He was past Chairman of Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also on the board of various other companies.

Ms. Dipti Mehta is a B. Com, LL.B. and F.C.S. She is in the Corporate Secretarial field since last 17 years. Initially she was associated with the industry for 5 years as a Finance Manager & Company Secretary. However from past 12 years she is a whole time practicing company secretary.
