Mr. Atul Mehta and Mrs. Dipti Atul Mehta are promoter Directors of the said company having wide experience in the legal field. Both the Directors are also promoter partner of Mehta & Mehta Company Secretaries, a firm practicing company secretary.

Mr. Atul Mehta - Director

Mr. Atul Mehta, B. COM, B.G.L. and A.C.S. He is in the Company Secretarial field since the past 14 years. Initially, he has served the industry for 6 years as Company Secretary and also headed the legal department. Thereafter, he laid his pioneering step in the arena of consultancy and practice and from past 8 years he is a whole time practicing company secretary as a partner of this firm. He is actively associated with Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also regularly faculty member for several training programs at a WIRC of ICSI.

Ms. Dipti Mehta - Director

Mrs. Dipti Mehta, B. Com, L.L.B. and F.C.S. She is in the Company Secretarial field since the last 14 years. First she was associated with the Industry as a Finance Manager & Company Secretary. There she has lead the administration and the legal department for 6 years. Now, from past 10 years she is a whole time practicing company secretary as a partner of this firm.
